REFUND POLICY

At Heading South, we endeavor to make high quality products to meet our customers standards. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns for a refund within 30 days of your purchase date, provided that is unused in its original packaging. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed; however, times may increase during peak holiday seasons. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used.

SHIPPING YOUR RETURN

To ensure a return is successfully completed, we recommend the following procedures when conducting a return:

• Pack your item securely, and if necessary, with loose/void fill to ensure that no damage occurs to the returned product during shipping.
• You may use the original packaging or your own. Please ensure all prior shipping/tracking information is removed from reused packaging.
• Insert any related paperwork inside your packaging. This can include your RMA number or original order number. Order numbers shall not be written directly on the product, doing so will disqualify you from receiving a refund.
• Securely attach your return label to the package.
• Ship your return based on the shipping label. We recommend using a provider that supplies a tracking number for your records.
